For Christmas 2012, my present for my love was a long weekend in Madrid, which we made happen on the first weekend of May. I’m so in love with this city and the architecture, people and above all, the food. I don’t think there’s many places where you can eat as well (and cheap!) as in Madrid.

Here’s a few snaps to give you an impression of our weekend, and down below my must-do’s and favorite places!
