Some pieces the Easter bunny might bring.

Sorry I’ve been a bit MIA lately, work has caught up with me and winter is still not retracting over here in Europe. Nonetheless, I can’t help but get excited about every little ray of sunshine and look forward to Easter weekend in a few days. Having a look at what’s new on our favorite shopping sites, I just want to stuff my winter coats and sweaters into a big box and head out the door in dresses and sorbet colors. And since it’s never too early to prepare, I thought I’d share what’s on my shopping list (or on its way to me) right now:

1.) A COLORFUL COAT

Every year, I pull out my favorite yellow spring coat by Closed – it’s the best way to brighten up the mood, your own and that of the ones around you. I’m currently craving a pastel blue and a pink coat because they go so well with classic pieces – even to the office.

2.) NEW KICKS

There’s nothing better than freeing your feet from boots and wearing some classic white low-top sneakers. They work with anything from denim to a floral dress, even a workwear suit!

3.) A PAIR OF SUNGLASSES

When it comes to sunglasses, I like to stray from the “known” designers and try some of the newer, less common labels. Especially Australian brands (like Quay) are up and coming with respect to not only beachwear, but also shading your eyes. Two other trusted favorites are Le Specs and Gentle Monster.

4.) A FRENCH BERET

Spring and autumn are for wearing hats that don’t necessarily keep you warm, but have you looking stylish as hell. Right now, French berets in any color are the ultimate upgrade to your look. Give it a go, especially on bad-hair days!

5.) NEW GYM WEAR

Summer is coming, and what’s better for motivation than a new workout look, cute enough to wear outside even? I’ve recently discovered this designer and they have a new fan already. Seriously though, how cute is this floral look?!
